Similar to Drift, Free Float is a series of abstract painting works on canvas exploring the sensation of being suspended -the sense of deep time where bodies float through the atmposphere gently drifting, colliding, pulsing and reforming. The process involves gradually applying and overlaying transparent and semi transparent layers of colour. The bodies appear to gently dance through thier environment intermittantly illuminated by light.
